Export comments and resolutions

1 Exporting comments and/or resolutions with replies

  • To export comments and/or their resolutions with replies from other commenters, click on Tools, menu, Other actions. 
  • Then click on Export comments with replies.
  • An excel file with all comments and replies will be downloaded, it will contain three tabs : all comments, resolved and unresolved

2 Exporting comments and /or resolutions without replies

  • To export comments and/or their resolutions without replies from other commenters, click on Tools, menu, Other actions. 
  • Then click on Export comments without replies.
  • An excel file with all comments but without replies will be downloaded, it will contain three tabs : all comments, resolved and unresolved

3 Exporting resolution file

  • To export the resolution file of the standard click on Tools menu, select Other actions, then Export resolution file 

  • The word resolution file will be downloaded
