1 Go to TOOLS and select the format to be downloaded
To download a HTML or PDF version of the online document, go to TOOLS, Other actions and select Preview. The download is available at all stages
2 Click on the pop-up or download button of your browser
A pop-up is displayed once your document is ready for download. Click on the pop-up message, on the downloaded document, or go the downloads section of your browser to access the document.
