What’s new?

• Leaders can create draft resolutions for National comment (accepted, partially accepted, not accepted, noted, deferred)

• Improved drag and dropping

• New system that checks certain structural rules that are not allowed. They will provide a warning for clauses that are not in the correct position (e.g. clause 3 always needs to be Terms & Definitions), elements that are not supported (preformat, colgroup) or "hanging paragraphs" (clauses that have content but also have subclauses)

• The terminology clause (Clause 3) can now contain 2 levels of subclauses.

• In the terms the "definition" is now required and cannot be removed anymore.

• Notes can now be added to formulas.

• Bug fixes:

    • where notes and examples weren't always correctly numbered.
    • where the title in the overview tab didn't update correctly.
    • where converting between normative and bibliographic references cause duplicate references to appear.
    • where the buttons in the footer of the proposal resolve form were not aligned properly.
    • where the formatting of numbering for a reference to annexes was incorrect.

• Visibility of user role in the Fonto menu, next to the user’s name

• Improved UI (user Interface) and UX (user experience) for commenting cards
